Nothing is charged during your free month. When it ends, your membership continues at the plan price unless you cancel. Cancel anytime from Manage Billing in your dashboard. Secure checkout by Stripe. Monthly members can move up to the Manager plan at any time from their dashboard.
Management companies
One company account, one monthly invoice, and a Manager seat for each of your strata managers. Volume pricing from $119 per seat.
Refer a strata, get a month free
When a strata council or manager you refer becomes a paying member, your next membership invoice is reduced by one month.

All prices in Canadian dollars. Extras apply on every plan and are charged only when you use them. You approve each one at checkout before anything is processed. The Monthly and Annual memberships cover one strata corporation's meetings; managers preparing minutes for several strata corporations use the Manager plan or a company account.
